Reiner Pinot Noack, Manohara Odelia's step father, who has France nationality, has a four-month prison sentence in France for the rape case of a household's maid, Shaliha Lanti. However, Daisy Fajarina, Manohara Odelia's mother who recorded on the letter of the court decision as the person who is also involved in the rape, still roam free in Indonesia.
Therefore, Shaliha, accompanied by activists who care about women, Ratna Sarumpaet, came to the Embassy of France for Indonesia, on Monday (3 / 8), to ensure that the Interpol of France already have a court decision as mentioned.
"In fact, there are cases that must be obeyed by Daisy. I see a rebuttal from Daisy, and (she) joke. We want to ensure that we do not bring tommyrot and indirection. We hope that after this she (Daisy) will search a lawyer to help her. This decision must be obeyed from the French court, "said Ratna at the Embassy of France, Central Jakarta.
With approaching the embassy, Shaliha and Ratna get certainty that the French Interpol has created a letter to the Interpol all the world to arrest Daisy wherever she is located.
"Wherever is Daisy, she should be arrested because the appeal also has been exhausted, although she says that all of what had happen is untrue. Interpol all over the world have sent mail, and Daisy can be arrested in course," Ratna added.
According to Ratna, in the French court decision, Daisy should have a 18 month prison sentence in France. In the case of Shaliha, Ratna asserted, the case is not related to the scrolling cases that involve Manohara.
"The case does not have connection with the case of Manohara because it had not yet been proofed, and also because there is no visum, and visum also not an evidence," said Ratna, who was disappointed because Manohara case is also not yet complete.
